Local Fame Ltd (
Local Fame) includes and is not limited to the staff and the owner of the company.
Payment, billing and cancellation terms are as follows:
- There is no minimum term
- All monthly payments are to be paid by paypal, credit card or direct debit to Local Fame Ltd
- Invoices will be emailed monthly along with a full report on your results
- If no payments have been received, Local Fame Ltd will stop any activity until full payment is made.
- Cancellation of Local Fame's services can be done at any time with a 1-month notice
- Written cancellation is required - it must be sent in writing by email to: [email protected]
Client Materials
All text and image content required for the project, expect where specifically stated within this quote, should be provided in acceptance digital format to Local Fame Ltd. when requested, or additional charges may apply. Ownership, Usage Rights, Copyright of the content provided by you to Local Fame Ltd is entirely the responsibility of you and it is agreed that Local Fame Ltd are not liable nor will be held accountable for any breach of copyright. The estimated duration to complete a monthly promotion is 28 days and it will begin once all the content material is supplied in the required format specified by Local Fame Ltd.
Copyright
For the purposes of providing the digital marketing services, The Client agrees to authorise Local Fame Ltd. to make use of The Client’s logo, trademarks, slogans, images, videos, audio clip and written resources. The Client confirms that all elements of text, graphics, photos, designs trademarks, or other network provided to Local Fame Ltd for inclusion on the website above are owned by The Client, or that The Client has received permissions from the rightful owner(s) to use each of the elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Local Fame Ltd and its subcontractors from any liability or suit arising from the use of such elements.
The Client acknowledges the following with respect to the digital marketing services provided by Local Fame Ltd
Local Fame Ltd has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. The Client’s site may be excluded from any directory at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory. Local Fame Ltd will resubmit those pages that have been dropped from the index. Occasionally, search engines will drop listings for no apparent or predictable reason. Often listings will reappear without any additional submissions. Local Fame Ltd will not be held responsible for any impact on The Client’s business that might occur as a result of exclusions for any directory or dropping off in listings on any search engine. Due to the competitiveness of some keywords/phrases, ongoing changes in search engine ranking algorithms and other competitive factors, we do not guarantee ranking positions for any particular keywords, phrase or search items. Search engines vary in their timing taken to list submissions. Some search engines and directories may take from 24 hours to as long as 2 to 4 months and in some cases even longer to show the ranking or the keyword.
Force Majeur
The obligations and liabilities for Local Fame Ltd in regards to the provisions of this agreement shall be suspended if any event occurs that is beyond the control of Local Fame Ltd and affects the ability of Local Fame Ltd to perform its obligations.
Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws in force in the United Kingdom, and Local Fame Ltd and The Client here to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of The Courts.
